Harvested from pristine high-altitude environments, these hand-selected goji berries are packaged with the utmost care. Please note that subtle variations may naturally arise, reflecting the thoughtful artistry of small batch craftsmanship rather than mass manufacturing.
Return and Exchange Guidelines
To ensure a seamless customer experience, please review the policies below:
1. Single Jar Replacement (Recommended Option)
The gift set features premium heavy packaging containing three jars of certified organic red goji berries and three jars of certified organic black goji berries. This option saves transit time while providing full coverage.
2. Sample Consumption and Partial Refunds
For full gift set returns:
l Up to 20% consumed: Eligible for a full return and refund.
l Between 20% and 50% consumed: Eligible for a partial refund, calculated based on the remaining quantity and packaging conditions.
l Over 50% consumed: Returns and refunds are not accepted.
3. Unopened Returns
If the product remains unopened in its original packaging and free of defects, but a return is requested within 7 days of delivery due to personal preference or a change of mind, a full refund will gladly be provided. Return shipping costs will be shared equally (50% each).
4. Severe International Shipping Damage
If international transit causes severe packaging damage that impairs normal use, return shipping is 100% covered. A free replacement or full refund will be processed based on customer preference.

Freshness and Storage Tips
Pure and Additive-Free: Certified organic with zero preservatives or additives.
Storage Advice: Jars include a deoxidizer packet to maintain dryness. After opening, store in a cool place or refrigerate during warm weather or elevated room temperatures to preserve taste and freshness.
Eligible Conditions for Exchange
Exchanges are gladly accepted under the following circumstances:
l Jar Defects: Cracked glass or illegible printing affecting normal use.
l Structural Damage: Box structural damage (excluding intentional vintage design elements).
l Product Anomalies:
Foreign agricultural material mixed in from production lines.
Clumping or sugar exudation caused by temperature fluctuations during transit.
Non-Eligible Return Conditions
1. Natural Product Characteristics:
l Trace amounts of natural goji leaves attached to berries.
l Natural variations in size, shape, or presentation: As pristine agricultural gifts rather than mass-manufactured goods, berries are meticulously hand-selected within each batch for consistency, though minor natural differences between jars naturally remain.
l Subtle color differences between jars, reflecting natural un-dyed berries.
l Characteristic vintage wear on box corners, resulting naturally from the raw texture of our eco-friendly packaging.
2. Storage-Related Issues:
l Clumping caused by leaving jars open at high room temperatures (can be loosened by gently tapping the jar).
l Color expectations: Pure organic red goji berries feature a muted deep red tone, while black goji berries feature a matte dark finish.
Packaging Quality Assurance
l Premier Manufacturing Partner: Produced by leading packaging manufacturers trusted by international luxury cosmetic brands.
l Eco-Friendly Certification: Made with eco-friendly paper materials and non-toxic water-based coatings.
l Thoughtful Design: Features an elegant vintage texture on the exterior with a refined, protective interior structure.
