1. 全球免費配送服務

杞閱四季（GOJI ART）為全球有機鎖鮮枸杞臻品禮盒訂單傾心提供免運費尊榮配送服務。所有國際與區域訂單主要由 順豐速運 (SF Express) 或 EMS (郵政特快專遞) 承運，確保極致安全、穩定且可靠的門到門專屬交付。

2. 指定快遞服務備註

若閣下有偏好之特定物流承運商或特殊配送需求，敬請於結帳頁面之「配送備註」欄位留下指定之快遞名稱與細節。專員將積極與該物流公司聯繫並妥為協調：

  • 微幅資費差額：若指定快遞之運費與順豐速運或 EMS 之標準資費差額於合理範圍內，將由杞閱四季全額吸收負擔。

  • 顯著資費差額：若運費差額較大，專員將於發貨前主動與閣下聯繫，協助說明並辦理補足物流差額事宜。

3. 全程物流追蹤與清關溫馨提示

商品寄出後，系統將自動向閣下的電子郵件發送發貨通知與快遞追蹤編號（Tracking Number），閣下亦可隨時登入官網帳戶查詢實時物流動態。

  • 重要提示：國際運送時效可能因各國公眾假期物流高峰、氣候因素，或目的地國家海關之例行清關檢查作業而有所延長。為確保禮品按時送達，建議您預留充裕時間提前訂購。

Complimentary worldwide delivery is provided for all GOJI ART organic goji berry gift set orders. Global fulfillments are primarily handled via SF Express and EMS, ensuring secure, reliable, and seamless door-to-door delivery.

2. Preferred Courier Selection

If a specific courier or custom shipping method is preferred, please specify the carrier name and details in the order notes at checkout. Arrangements will be made directly with the requested courier. If the price difference between the requested carrier and the standard carriers (SF Express or EMS) is minimal, the additional cost will be fully absorbed. If the cost variance is substantial, customer service will reach out prior to dispatch to assist with covering the shipping difference.

3. Shipment Tracking and Customs Notice

Upon dispatch, an automated email notification containing a tracking number will be issued to facilitate real-time shipment monitoring.

  • Please Note: International transit timelines may be prolonged during major public holidays or due to local customs clearance procedures in the destination country. Advance ordering is recommended to ensure timely arrival.
